ADVANCE PLANNING
LEGAL SERVICES
Elizabeth T. Isaacs
Attorney, Founder of Advance Planning Legal Services
About Me
I founded Advance Planning Legal Services after years of experience in trial and appellate courts, commercial litigation, and corporate advisory work. In those roles, I saw how much conflict, stress, and financial cost families and businesses face when important decisions are left unclear or unresolved.
When I expanded my own family, that insight became personal. I wanted a practice where I could work directly with clients, help them prepare for major life transitions—expected or not—and use my legal background to make their planning stronger and more resilient.
As an estate planner, I have combined sophisticated legal experience with patience and empathy to give clients confidence in the plans they make to protect what (and who) matters to them most.
